User Content

We store content you choose to create within the app, including notes, bookmarks, highlights, and related reading references.

Reading Progress & Usage

We collect information related to reading plan progress, streaks, and usage statistics associated with your account to provide core features and continuity across devices.

Preferences (Device & Account)

We store accessibility and display preferences such as font size, language, theme, audio settings, and your last-visited Bible reference to maintain a consistent experience.

Search and Content Requests

Search queries, selected translations, books, and filters are processed by our API to deliver requested Scripture content. These requests are not used for advertising or profiling.

Security Verification

We use hCaptcha during sign-in and sign-up to protect against abuse. This may include the processing of verification tokens and limited technical metadata required for security checks.

  • Deliver search results and Bible content
  • Protect the service from abuse and unauthorized access

3. Where Data Is Stored

Our API and data services are hosted in-house and are not shared with advertising networks or analytics platforms. Some data may be stored locally in your browser (such as preferences or last-visited references) to improve performance and usability.

4. Sharing and Third Parties

We do not sell your personal information. We only share data with third parties when necessary to operate core features:

hCaptcha

Used to protect against spam and abuse during authentication. hCaptcha may receive device and network metadata required for verification. Learn more at hcaptcha.com/privacy .

Supabase

We use Supabase for authentication and database hosting to store account-linked data such as notes, highlights, bookmarks, reading progress, and settings.

Content Delivery

Static resources such as reading plan files may be delivered through a content delivery endpoint (CDN) to ensure fast and reliable access.

5. Cookies and Similar Technologies

We use cookies or similar technologies for session authentication with our API. We do not use third-party advertising cookies.

6. Your Choices and Controls

You may update your profile information, manage or delete notes and highlights, and delete your account at any time. Account deletion permanently removes associated data.

7. Data Retention

We retain account data for as long as your account remains active or as necessary to provide services. You may delete your account at any time.

8. Security

We implement reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your information. However, no method of transmission or storage is completely secure.

9. Children’s Privacy

TrinityBible is not directed to children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.

10. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Material changes will be reflected on this page with an updated effective date.
